Jade Miller

Content and Social Director 

Jade Raylynn Miller is a sophomore at Temple University with a strong academic focus in psychology. She is pursuing a path toward earning a PsyD with the goal of establishing her own clinical practice in the future. Jade is passionate about mental health and aims to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside of academics, she serves as the Community Service Chair for Temple’s NAACP chapter, where she actively coordinates events that promote civic engagement and community support.

Samya Badi 

Public Relations and Social Media Director 

Samya Badi is a sophomore at Temple University majoring in psychology, with aspirations of becoming a psychologist focused on families and children. She has always had a deep passion for helping others in any capacity and found that As We Rise closely aligns with her morals and values. What she loves most about As We Rise’s mission is that it not only nurtures the mind but also feeds the soul, encouraging girls in Pakistan to believe that their dreams of success can become an unwavering reality. She is more than ecstatic to be part of the team and to help make these girls’ aspirations come true.

Termeh Siadatan

Director of Treasury

Termeh Siadatan is a sophomore at New York University pursuing a double major in Economics and Photography, with minors in Business and Middle Eastern Studies. She is preparing for a career in financial services, drawing on her studies in economics, finance, and programming to build a strong foundation in analytical and strategic thinking. At the same time, she is deeply committed to creative expression, with her photography centering on Middle Eastern politics, conflict, and women’s experiences as a means of amplifying underrepresented voices.

Beyond the classroom, Termeh contributes to campus life as a professional committee member of NYU Stern SEAD and a representative of the NYU Persian Cultural Society. She also works as a freelance photojournalist, with published coverage of Iranian protests in major U.S. cities. Through her leadership, advocacy, and creative work, Termeh aspires to bridge the worlds of finance and culture, leveraging her skills to drive meaningful impact both professionally and within her community.
