Mission Statement
As We Rise Foundation is a secular, non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, grounded in the belief that unity is essential—especially for communities that are internationally marginalized. Our work centers on amplifying the voices and experiences of girls in Pakistan, who continue to face systemic barriers in the 21st century.

In Muridke, where we launched our first school, we are actively creating a space where underserved girls can access quality education, feel safe and supported, and begin building global connections. We believe that once a girl is empowered with knowledge and confidence, she can pursue dreams she never thought possible.

This is our mission: to cultivate a generation of young girls who grow into empowered women, capable of standing in solidarity with others around the world. When we rise together, our collective voice becomes impossible to ignore. That is how we rise.
Our nonprofit ensures that 100% of donations go towards educational opportunities and furthering our mission, leaving no room for administrative or overhead costs. Donations will go towards salaries for teachers, school supplies and textbooks, and transportation costs for the students. Since our non-profit is relatively small, the board will not receive any sort of payment for their role.
